Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Renewable Energy Engineer specializing in solar panel systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solar energy solutions for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and optimize solar panel system designs tailored to client specifications and site conditions, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
• Project Management: Oversee solar installation projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Site Assessments: Conduct site evaluations to assess solar potential, including shading analysis, energy consumption, and structural integrity of installation sites.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs, provide technical guidance, and present project proposals.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement and oversee performance monitoring systems for installed solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in solar energy and renewable resources, contributing to continuous improvement of services and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in solar panel system design, installation, and project management.
• Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the renewable energy sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
