Location: Remote (Work from Home) Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Utilize CRM to identify and close open positions by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
Conduct thorough headhunting activities to identify top talent matching job descriptions.
Screen candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
Business Development:
Generate new client onboarding through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through various channels.
Collaborate with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Position Closure:
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Work closely with clients to understand their organizational culture, requirements, and expectations.
Employ various channels to close positions efficiently, including job portals, social media, and industry networking.
Compliance:
Stay informed and up-to-date on UAE labor laws and regulations.
Ensure all recruitment and business development activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Provide guidance to clients on compliance-related matters.
Self-Driven Approach:
Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and proactiveness in meeting recruitment and business development targets.
Work independently to manage workload efficiently and achieve set goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
