Role Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Financial Consultant to offer expert advice on financial planning, AML compliance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial industry, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and the ability to conduct comprehensive market research. This role involves working with various regulatory bodies, developing financial strategies, and preparing detailed business plans to drive the success of our financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. AML & Compliance Regulatory Affairs: Develop and oversee AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

2. AML & Compliance Regulatory Affairs: Design and document financial policies and procedures to manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies for financial growth.

4. Business Model Definition and Revenue Streams: Develop and refine business models and revenue streams to achieve financial objectives and growth.

5. Financial Projection & Budgeting: Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.

6. KPI and Milestones: Establish KPIs and milestone to measure the success of financial strategies and track progress towards goals.

7. Business Plan Development: Write and present detailed business plans outlining financial strategies, market analysis, and growth objectives.

Requirements Experience:

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, Master's in Finance) or certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years as a consultant in the banking or financial industry with expertise in AML compliance, policy development, and regulatory affairs.

Must have experience as a Consultant from Big4

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking and financial industry sector

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED100.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Banking and Financial Industry: 5 years (Required)
• Consultant in Big4 auditing firm: 6 years (Required)
• Policy, Manual, Procedure and Business plan preparation: 6 years (Required)
