This position involves managing both accounting and administrative functions in a remote setup while being available for occasional on-site requirements in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee remote office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Handle digital correspondence, scheduling, and virtual meeting coordination.
Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Be available to attend on-site meetings or tasks when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Driving license.
Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for on-site requirements.
Must currently reside in the UAE Emirates.
