Job Description
sWe are looking for a Reliability Engineer for an aluminium production and refinery company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, developing maintenance strategies, and supporting our maintenance managers in reliability analysis.Responsibilities
- Enhances business processes.
- Develops maintenance strategies and policies.
- Supports maintenance managers in reliability analysis.
- Assesses newly installed equipment to ensure maintainability, spare parts, task lists, drawings, etc.
- Reviews repair history and costs to determine maintenance needs.
- Initiates and manages root cause analysis.
- Analyses and recommends for condition-based maintenance.
- Monitors and adjusts stock levels.
- Continuously monitors and supports maintenance improvement efforts like the Asset Management Program.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
- HND from Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a relevant field of Engineering, OR Diploma in a relevant field of Engineering.
- 9 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the relevant field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in PG 11.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS (SAP).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
