We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Administrative Officer (Saudi Only)
Experience: One year experience in a relevant position
Qualification:
English language
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
knowledge of using the following: Chamber of commerce, GOSI and Muqeem
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Your main responsibilities are to:
Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees.
Process and renew of permits and licenses including company trade license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities to ensure that the documents are up-to-date, etc..
Be up to date about any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules / regulations, changes in forms/formats and other procedures, and keep us advised of such changes
Guide and assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents and provide the necessary information regarding visa details and requirements of documents.
Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments.
Ensure that all duties and services are provided in accordance with the kingdom standards, policies, and procedures.
