Position Overview



The Relationship Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies. The role involves overseeing the sales process, providing guidance and training to the sales team, and maintaining a strong client relationship network to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Looking for a Sales Manager and Tele sales executive for Real Estate Sales for Property and Financial Equity Sales

Looking for a Tele Sales Executive with experience into B2B and channel who can conduct outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about real estate projects who have shown interest in Real Estate offering.

Maintain accurate records of calls

Follow up with clients

Conduct due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments.

Maintain relationships with venture capital firms and private equity partners.

Qualifications and Skills



Education

:

Bachelor's Degree (usually in a related field): Business Administration or Management Course, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics (Any Graduate)

Experience

:

B2B as well as B2C Channel-Strong experience in direct sales in any industry (from any Gulf country)

Experience in generating new leads.

Ability to generate and convert leads to sales.

Should have strong experience in sales closure. 2 - 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales (and a min of 2 yr experience in any sales in the Gulf region)

Frequent Travelling Required

Should have good communication skills

Skills

:

Strong negotiation skills are key to closing deals and ensuring win-win outcomes.

Prospecting and lead-generation skills help keep the pipeline full.

Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
