:Role : Relationship Officer
Location : DubaiRole Purpose:Offer full range of services to Gold & Diamond customers and cross sell ADIB consumer banking products, Investments. Support Relationship Mangers and handle services in their absence.Key Accountabilities of the roleProspect new business opportunities within the main role of servicing customers.

- Support Relationship Managers.
- Proactively upsell / cross-sell products and services to customers
- Inform designated customers about their eligibility for special offers / complimentary gifts based on their transactions & invested assets
- Proactively request customers to refer others
- Community Involvement - must be a socially active opinion leader
- Target Achievement & Growth

- Product & process knowledge
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Working knowledge of investment products & banking operations (further training & certification to be provided)

- Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
- Referral Specialist
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel
