Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer with experience in sales to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote Forex services.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Present Forex products and services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
• Achieve sales targets by actively engaging in client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist clients with account opening, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on market trends, company offerings, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Forex markets is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
