Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Officer with a background in banking to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assisting clients with opening business bank accounts, managing KYC processes, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the end-to-end process of opening business bank accounts for clients.
• Collect, review, and verify KYC documents from clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Upload and manage client documentation on banking portals accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and banks, maintaining professional relationships.
• Stay updated on banking requirements, policies, and procedures related to business accounts.
• Resolve client queries and provide assistance throughout the account-opening process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to client accounts and banking interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Relationship Officer or similar role in the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of KYC processes, banking documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with banking portals and digital platforms for account management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
