We seeking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Officer for credit cards to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect for new customers by identifying opportunities through various channels (direct visits, referrals and cold calls.

- Promote and sell the banking products, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing tailored credit card solutions and personalized service.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs

- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank's information

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 Months of experience of managing banking products.
• Minimum 1 years of in the banking sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
