We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer SME for Business Loan & Business Account opening for our banking sales team to foster strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of banking products and services. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and providing exceptional service to our customers. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on banking products, services, and financial strategies.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients\' objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our banking products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer service to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in banking and finance.
  • Implements the Obligor Risk Rating methodology to determine a customer\xe2\x80\x99s eligibility to obtain loans facilities from the Bank.
  • Liaise with Credit Administration & Operations for efficient disbursement & maintenance of loans
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in banking sales, or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
Attractive incentives + Visa + medical Salary Negotiable based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
