As a Relationship Officer for RAKBANK Business Loans, your primary responsibility is to generate new business & to manage the relationships with clients who have taken out business loans from your organization. You will act as the primary point of contact between the borrower and the lending institution, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the borrower remains in compliance with the terms of the loan.

2. Building new business and maintaining relationships with existing and potential borrowers.
3. Evaluating loan applications and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers.
4. Negotiating the terms of loans, including interest rates and repayment schedules, with borrowers.
5. Monitoring loan payments and ensuring that borrowers are in compliance with the terms of their loans.
6. Resolving any issues or concerns that borrowers may have regarding their loans.
7. Identifying new & cross-selling opportunities and promoting other financial products and services offered by the organization.
8. Developing and implementing strategies to attract new business loan customers.
9. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the business loan industry.
10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of borrower interactions and loan transactions.
11. Collaborating with other teams within the organization, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure that loans are approved and disbursed in a timely and efficient manner.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products and services, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. You should also have experience in business lending and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is typically required, along with any relevant licenses or certifications.
