We are seeking a dedicated banking sales Manager for our banking sales team to foster strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of banking products and services. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on banking products, services, and financial strategies.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients' objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists and support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information in the CRM system.
• Provide timely and responsive customer service to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and build trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in banking and finance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
