Come Build the Future with Us now!About the OpportunityRelationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) leads account management efforts within the VIP retail program in the CIS region. The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as effectively lead a team of regional sales.He/She will proactively nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, VIP accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building relationships.What You\'ll Be DoingPrimary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients.Expanding relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs, supporting inquiries.Support users to navigate OKX range of product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the OKX platform and products.Offer and manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations.Responsible for the revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnershipActively contribute to the regional strategies that align with the overall company goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, and action plans, keeping to timelines.Support Product & Engineering lines for product development activitiesActive involvement in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events; stay up-to-date with industry/product/social trends and customers\' views and attitudes.Comply with the company\'s guidelines and practices.What We Look For In YouAccount management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related spaceStrong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivising client business activities.Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approachUnderstanding of trading systems and API is a strong plus.Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levelsBeing fluent in English and native Russian is a must.Nice to HaveBonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teamsPassionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments spacePerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees\' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsMore that we love to tell you along the process!#LI-KW1
