Position: Relationship ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAESalary: AED 10,000 per month + Commission (0.6% of every deal )Experience: Minimum 2 years in Abu Dhabi real estate (indirect sales)About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indirect real estate sales, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and an extensive network of brokerage connections within Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and external brokerage firms.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful sales through indirect sales channels.
- Present company offerings professionally and persuasively to potential clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive offerings, and key developments in the Abu Dhabi real estate industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered with excellence.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
