Position :Relationship Manager
Company: Leading real estate developer
Job Roles & Responsibility
Supporting clients in buying properties with direct and indirect channels.
Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)
Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning
Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)
Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
Staying Informed on the UAE Real Estate Industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
• UAE Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Turkish/Russian/Portugues/Arabic (Preferred)
