We are seeking a UAE based Number driven, Energetic, Highly motivated and Result oriented Relationship Manager with proven track record of delivering numbers to join our Retail Sales team to drive the expansion of our Travel Insurance business. The candidate should be a champion in Key Account Management, B2B and B2B2C Sales. The primary responsibility will be to proactively hunt new travel agents, brokers, partners, manage and grow the existing portfolio in line with the company\'s objectives. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a very important role in promoting Orient Travel Insurance products and services to all channel partners. This will involve prospecting new clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the credit control of the channel partners.What you will do
Onboarding new travel agents, manage and liaise with all channel partners to ensure Target Achievement
Develop and nurture business relationships with the prospective and current channel partners to generate revenues for the organization
Regular meetings with the channel partners and update about our product and promotional offerings
Organize regular training for channel partners to ensure they are updated with all our offerings
Manage credit control in line with the organization guidelines

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree from a reputed Institute
10+ experience in the UAE Travel Industry in managing Key Accounts, B2B and B2B2C Sales
Availability to join immediately
Valid UAE driving license
Living in Dubai Area
Proficient in English & Hindi. Any other language will be an added advantage
