The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:
  • To build and grow the portfolio of assigned clients, by identifying selling and cross-selling opportunities through the daily analysis and interactions made with clients in order to increase client wallet share and loyalty as per the strategic goals of the Bank.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to meet client needs and achieve desired objectives of the bank in line with the required standards and identify new clients and ensure the proper articulation of services/products which ADCB would offer them in order to increase the size of the portfolio and wallet share.
  • Manage the daily interactions with clients and provide superior client service to improve clients\xe2\x80\x99 experiences and maximise the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s profitability.
  • Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention.
  • Cross sell and upsell various products of the portfolio to existing client accounts, based on the requirements of the client, in order to contribute to the increase in product penetration and wallet share of the existing clients.
  • Deliver the financial target as agreed with the business whilst adhering to the required standards, policies and procedures.
  • Manage self and team in line with ADCB\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.
SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience
  • A minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
  • At least 6 years of relationship management experience in Banking/financial services industry
  • Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong planning, analytical and time management skills.
  • In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
  • Accredited Financial Analyst, Certified Investment Professional, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified International Investment Analyst.
  • Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM), International Compliance Association(ICA) Specialist or Certificate in Conduct Risk
