Key Responsibilities:
Achieve allocated sales targets through direct efforts and effective prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Meet with prospects and clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions.
Communicate with clients to identify their preferences and choice of property.
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts.
Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Keep clients informed about other relevant products and services offered by the company.
Attend meetings with clients to strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales.
Update the CRM system and ensure account managers are aware of client updates.
Requirements:
2-5 years of real estate sales experience in uae.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong local and international broker network.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems is an advantage.
