Job Purpose : We are actively seeking energetic Relationship Managers to become a valuable addition to our team! Preferable with 3 Years Minimum Real Estate Developer Experiences in the UAE.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking full-time Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves full time on-site work and is based in Dubai.

The Relationship Managers will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. They are expected to collaborate closely with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have real estate sales experience in the UAE.

Must be multi-lingual.

Must have strong ability to build and maintain relationships, customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Must have knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.

Must exhibit attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
