As a

Relationship Manager

, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your role will focus on acquiring new business, managing existing clients, and optimizing their payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new merchants for our POS payment solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to maximize transaction volumes. Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable POS solutions. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for merchants. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support. Monitor merchant performance and resolve any issues related to payment processing. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales, business development, or relationship management

, preferably in

merchant acquiring, fintech, banking, or payment solutions

. Strong understanding of

POS machines, payment gateways, and electronic transactions

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus. UAE experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
