Job Description

The position requires close collaboration to supervise and enhance community services, address homeowner issues, and maintain strong relationships with residents and service providers. The job includes overseeing common areas, managing budgets, organizing events, enforcing community rules, and ensuring high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage relationships with Owners Committee and residents. Administer OA tasks, including meeting minutes, reports, and communications. Oversee common areas and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and service. Facilitate community engagement and promote a positive community culture. Address and resolve resident complaints, enforce community rules, and ensure statutory compliance. Supervise contractors and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments. Organize community events and coordinate with stakeholders. Prepare reports and ensure high-quality customer service, handling complaints effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree required. At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer relationship management roles. Advanced skills in communication, computer usage, and problem-solving. Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
