Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their trading needs are met, and providing personalized support to enhance their trading experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the forex market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate, resolve client issues, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Client Support: Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on trading strategies and platform usage.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Keep clients informed about market trends, economic events, and trading opportunities through regular communication and updates.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to enhance products, services, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize client retention strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and account activity using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the forex market and trading principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
