Job Description

• A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking Relationship Manager in Sales.
• Salary offered: Up to AED 10,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively initiating and engaging in sales calls with new prospects.
• Developing and negotiating contracts.
• Identifying potential business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients and exploring new opportunities.
• Maintaining organizational confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.
• Building strong relationships with existing strategic customers to align expectations and foster growth.
• Setting, tracking, and achieving yearly targets and objectives.
• Strategizing and implementing plans for new services.
• Identifying opportunities through business needs analysis.
• Assisting in meeting monthly sales targets.
• Conducting research, performing market analysis, and presenting accurate business reports.
• Creating a referral and lead generation network.

Additional responsibilities:

• Guiding and assisting clients in marketing and purchasing properties at optimal prices and terms.
• Assessing clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.
• Facilitating negotiation processes and advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters for fair dealings.
• Conducting comparative market analyses to estimate property values.
• Showcasing and marketing real estate to potential buyers.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
