Position: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the insurance, banking, real estate, or financial sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Forex market.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing personalized and proactive service to meet their trading needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their investment objectives and risk tolerance.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Forex trading strategies, market trends, and risk management techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, research, and compliance, to address client needs and achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services to clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the Forex market.
• Prepare and present reports on client performance, account activity, and revenue forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the insurance, banking, real estate, or financial sector.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Energetic and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software is preferred.
