• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and provide solutions.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Client Support:
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Provide clients with information on new products, services, and promotions.
• Offer personalized solutions based on client needs and preferences.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs.
• Analyze client data to improve services, develop strategies, and drive client engagement.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present reports on client activity, sales performance, and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, including agreements, feedback, and progress.
