We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in the forex industry. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients in their forex trading activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex market, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients regarding their forex trading activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated on forex market trends, news, and developments.
  • Provide clients with market insights, analysis, and trading recommendations.
  • Conduct regular market briefings and updates for clients.
  • Assist clients in setting up and managing their trading accounts.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and trading activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase trading volumes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Promote additional forex products and services to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities, feedback, and market trends.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market analysis.
  • Work closely with the sales, trading, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop client engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
