Transguard Group is the UAEs most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Relationship Executive to join our KMS & TG Living team at Transguard Group in Dubai.Scope: Generating revenue by signing up for Annual Maintenance contracts (MEP and Clean), Generating revenue by closing one-off quoted jobs (MEP and Clean, Overlook quoted job process and conversionResponsibilities:Financial
- Contribute towards revenue growth of the BU by selling AMCs (Residential/Commercial)
- Contribute towards revenue growth by winning tenders/BIDS and increase one-off quoted job conversion
- Propose suitable AMC Solutions to customers (MEP/Clean)
- Propose timely and accurate Tender/BID Solutions to customers
- Preparation of financial summaries for Tailored AMC requirements
- Preparation of Financial summaries for Tender/BID solutions
- Propose Financial summary enhancements that can help with pricing solutions
- Prepare promotional rate cards and offers by creating relevant financial summaries
- 3 years experience in selling residential / commercial MEP and Cleaning services
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
- Have a sound business and technical knowledge of HVAC/MEP and Cleaning service industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in Preparing Proposals, quotes and Tender/BID solutions
- Knowledge of preparing commercial agreements
- Knowledge in pricing MEP and Cleaning requirements
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Valid U.A.E Driving license
