Success Factor:

Analyzing stakeholder data to support and enhance relationship management and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Relationship Director by gathering and analyzing data on stakeholder interactions and engagement
• Monitor and track stakeholder relationships, identifying key trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement, relationship status, and feedback for the Relationship Director
• Assist in the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct research on key stakeholders, including government entities and partners, to support strategic relationship management
• Analyze communication patterns and feedback from stakeholders to recommend strategies for engagement improvements and satisfaction
• Assist with meetings, events, and other activities to facilitate stakeholder interactions
• Assist in resolving stakeholder issues by gathering relevant information and providing insights to the Relationship Director
• Support the Relationship Director with the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for discussions and negotiations
• Contribute to the development of strategies for improving stakeholder relationships based on data and analysis

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), InVision, InDesign, and Canva
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Storytelling thought process and creative vision, highly observant to detail

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with relationship management and stakeholder engagement principles
• High-level professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
