Job Information

Carry out face-to-face visits to customers who requested cancellation in order to carry out the reversal, following detailed policies and scripts;

Remove all equipment installed at the client, if the reversal process is unsuccessful;

Carry out sales visits to homes or commercial establishments closest to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s home where the reversal/withdrawal occurred, seeking to close sales of services;

Try to deliver brochures to the homes visited, when there is no possibility of personal contact with the owner;

Carry out other activities related to the area, as directed by the manager.

Job Requirements:

High school/technical education desirable;
Knowledge of computers and the internet;
Understanding how to reverse problems;
Experience in the commercial area;
