Mint Stay currently manages more than 135 properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in prime areas including Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewater, Emaar Beach Front, Madinat Jumeirah Living, City Walk, La Me and Reem Island Position: Relationship / Account Manager The Relationship /Account Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners and all departments within the company. This individual must be conscientious and enthusiastic, with a passion for hospitality. As the Relationship Manager, you will act as a liaison between homeowners and all departments, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met. Your areas of accountability and oversight will be:
  • Pitching and finalizing management agreements with homeowners for high-end apartments and villas
  • Assisting in the onboarding process of new properties
  • Bridging communication between our various departments and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure inventory by employing proactive and reactive methods, including in-person meetings, calls, and emails, to curate top-tier residences.
  • Ensure homeowners understand our offerings. As stewards of homeowners\' assets, emphasize the ease, security, and financial advantages of partnering with Mint Stay.
  • Assist with assigned properties\' holiday homes licensing approvals and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Property Service and Finance departments to communicate owners expectations and comments, questions or concerns, and any issues that may arise.
  • Provide specialized support to homeowners by maintaining an open line of communication and timely responses to owner concerns and complaints.
  • Act as the liaison between homeowners and property service team for regular maintenance, repairs, or upgrades to a rental home.
  • Complete annual property assessment for assigned properties and make improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct a routine audit of rental website listing and unit details in property management software to ensure all home information is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform quarterly rental performance and property condition reviews with homeowners using monthly owner statements to ensure expectations for rental income are met.
  • Work closely with the Rate Manager to ensure the owner understands the pricing.
  • Review monthly owner statements before publishing and respond to any questions related to billing and rental income.
  • Communicate with owners to ensure their account is current and outstanding invoices are paid.
  • Coordinate pre-owner arrival inspections to ensure the property has been properly cleaned and well-maintained.
  • Retain homeowners by developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving retention rates.
Desired Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in Dubai in business development, customer service or account management
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organization and a proactive approach.
  • Motivated by goals and skilled at achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a meticulous approach to prioritization and attention to detail
  • Adept at independently initiating and completing projects.
  • Proficient in engaging with senior management, external clients, and vendors.
  • Warm and empathetic, with confidence in effectively conveying Mint Stays value proposition to homeowners.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to industry challenges.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and analytical portfolio management expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills conducive to cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong diplomatic disposition and professionalism
  • Ability to build rapport and build professional relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Position based in Dubai with some travel for homeowners meetings and properties visits
  • A UAE driving license is a plus.
