Apple is seeking a Product Compliance Manager who will be responsible for supporting product certification and ensuring all requirements are met for importation and sale of Apple products in the middle east and north Africa region. You will develop and implement strategies to facilitate engagements on regulatory and spectrum matters with external agencies and government regulatory authorities on matters concerning rules and policy as required to support Apple\'s product roadmap.Description DescriptionAs Product Compliance Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for managing new product introduction certification; maintaining all existing certifications with timely renewals, and managing all RF product certifications with local regulators. You will be responsible for interfacing with spectrum management on regional matters to scope the radio frequency spectrum landscape, as well as supporting Carrier Engineering teams on new cellular services mandated by regulatory authorities, CBS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, AML etc., Along with a competent team the Product Compliance Manager will be responsible to manage all regional certifications in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, Algeria. This includes the tracking of new regulations and standard developments. You will be responsible for supporting the cross functional team on business developments and expansion into current and new markets, as well as supporting the Trade Compliance and business teams on import challenges due to any product classification disputes. Further responsibilities include; Managing and supporting the development of IMEI reporting to promote market access strategies. Developing comprehensive certification plans and strategies for NPIs Ensuring internal documentation and processes are maintained and up to date. Study new regulations and spectrum developments working closely with regulators, policy makers, standardisation bodies, industry associations, business chambers to come up with compliance requirements and comprehensive strategies.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Telecommunications Engineering
• Expert in EMC, wireless (Cellular/Wi-Fi/BT/ SRD Technologies) regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Consumer / IT products background, preferably in the telecom and consumer electronics sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English.
• Ambitious and dedicated, able to work independently and in multi-functional teams
• Minimum 5 + years experience in similar industry

• Consumer products background preferably also in the Telecom & IT sector
• Strong technical background, knowledge of technical Telecom certification requirements in UAE and Middle East Countries.
• Passionate, self-motivated individual to ensure compliance to Regulatory requirements for Safety and wireless technologies (Cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, GPS, NFC, etc.).
• Ability to prepare position papers and provide inputs to consultations on spectrum and regulatory developments.
• Knowledge on worldwide regulatory standards to bring product through certification to market.
