Tasks and Duties:
1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
- Conduct audits of medical records and operations.
- Verify The second party licenses and certifications.
2. Documentation Review:
- Check patient files for accuracy and compliance with DOH.
- Maintain regulatory audit trails.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify clinical and operational risks.
- Create corrective action plans based on audit findings.
4. Training and Education:
- Organize training on quality standards and DOH compliance.
- Update staff on regulatory changes.
5. Data Collection and Reporting:
- Analyze and report quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with departments to track improvements.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
- Offer recommendations during improvement meetings.
7. Regulatory Support:
- Prepare for DOH-DOH-HAAD-MOHinspections and audits.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
• DOH-DOH-HAAD-MOH inspections and audits.: 2 years (Required)
• Clinic Quality process: 1 year (Required)
