Tarsus Group are looking for an ambitious marketing professional/assistant to join our Aerospace team as a Registration Assistant, on a fixed term, temporary basis until the 30th of November 2023. Reporting in to the Event Manager, the successful candidate will be assisting the marketing team with registration system enquiries and admin tasks, developing a good understanding of our registration system to assist others to use it effectively and liaising with our registration supplier, internal teams, and other partners, as necessary.
Role and Responsibilities: Exhibitors / Contractors
Answering enquiries from exhibitors and contractors and in conjunction with sales, operations, and finance teams, as necessary.
Assisting exhibitors and contractors to navigate the registration system
Suggesting updates to FAQs and user guides based on the types of enquiries we are receiving.
Developing a good understanding of our overall \xe2\x80\x98Exhibitor Portal\xe2\x80\x99 and how registration fits into this system.
Sending registration deadline reminders
Management
Managing Tarsus Aerospace management team registrations
Manging registrations for suppliers working directly for us; photographers, videographers, pr agency etc.
Assisting our internal teams and direct suppliers to navigate the registration system
Liaising with the operations team to ensure \xe2\x80\x98Official Contractor\xe2\x80\x99 accounts are set up and have the correct allocations.
Liaising with the delegation\'s team to register HLO staff
Manually creating any other accounts that are required
Creating University accounts and assisting them in using the system.
Speakers
Answering registration enquiries from speakers in conjunction with the conference team
Assisting the conference team to register speakers
Registering speakers for DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) permits, tracking submissions, and communicating status with internal teams.
Investors
Answering enquiries from investors in conjunction with RW events.
Assisting RW events to register investors
Airworthiness conference
Assisting with the registration of attendees to the Airworthiness conference
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Well organised and proactive
Motivation to work on events - previous events experience is a plus
Willing to work flexible hours
High level of written and spoken English
Fluency in Arabic is a plus
