We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prequalification and Registration Officer (Emirati) to oversee all registration and prequalification activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade license renewals and other related responsibilities, managing dealings with authorities, civil defense, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade License Renewal: Ensure timely and compliant renewal of trade licenses, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Prequalification Tasks: Manage all prequalification activities, including document submission, verification, and compliance with client requirements.
• Government Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with regulations.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prequalification and registration documents, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the prequalification or registration processes, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Emirati national with relevant experience in trade license renewal and government liaison roles.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and procedures related to prequalification and registration processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
