Our mission is to connect top talent with reputable companies and support our clients in achieving their business objectives. :We are currently seeking a Registration and Prequalification Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the registration and prequalification process for our clients, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are collected and verified accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Review and assess client registration and prequalification requirements- Gather and verify all necessary documents and information from clients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases- Communicate with clients to obtain any missing information or clarification on submitted documents- Conduct background checks and verify the authenticity of submitted documents-Maintain and update the company's registration with relevant government entities, municipalities, and industry regulators in the UAE.-Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and certifications.-Liaise with government agencies and PROs for compliance requirements and issue resolution.-Prepare and submit registration and prequalification packages to clients- Follow up with clients on the status of their registration and prequalification process- Provide support and guidance to clients on the registration and prequalification process- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the registration and prequalification processQualifications:- 5 years of experience in registration, licensing, or prequalification processes, preferably in government and semi government organizations..- Familiarity with UAE regulatory and client prequalification requirements is essential.- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify information- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Fluency in English, both written and verbal- Arabic language skills are a plus-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
