We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• BLS/ACLS certification is a plus.
