Registered Staff Nurse
Job Description
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Establish rapport with patients and families to identify and address care needs; provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
- Independence & Education: Set care goals, teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care; answer questions.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to therapeutic standards; measure health outcomes; resolve issues with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment; follow infection-control and medication procedures; document care and communicate with the team.
- Equipment & Supplies: Ensure proper equipment operation and maintain inventory; order supplies as needed.
- Professional Development: Stay updated through workshops and professional networks; contribute to team efforts.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Respect client's home environment and cultural values; adapt care to individual needs.
- Confidentiality: Protect patient and employee information; maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management; adhere to facility policies and legal standards.

Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• nursing: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• DOH-MOH-DHA (Required)
