Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Paediatric Nurse with a valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing specialized care for children and infants, ensuring their well-being and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to paediatric patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on patient care, treatment plans, and post-hospitalization requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid MOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in UAE.
• Minimum [2 years] of experience in paediatric nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and provide emotional support to families.
• Proficiency in English.
• Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in paediatric specialties.
• Certification in paediatric advanced life support (PALS) or equivalent.
