Job Description

Vital Signs Assessment: Accurately measure and record patients\' vital signsProcedure Preparation: Prepare patients for cardiology and other opd proceduresPhlebotomy and collection for laboratory testsLog Books and Data Management: Maintain detailed log books and data sheets for all opd patientsEnsure accurate and up-to-date documentation that adheres to both internal protocols and regulatory compliance.Tracking Laboratory Tests: Monitor and track the status of pending blood tests, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting of results to the Dr for further assessment.Medication and IV administration and managementPatient File Organization: Organize and manage patient files, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and securely stored. Upload all diagnostic reports, clinical notes, and other relevant documents to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including laboratory technicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to facilitate comprehensive medical care.
