Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate UAE National Nurse with a valid DOH license to join our home care team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with the patient's individualized care plan.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as required.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Document patient progress, treatment, and observations accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and company policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
