Requirement:

We are currently looking for immediate joiner for the post of REGISTERED NURSE.

Qualification Required:

Nursing bachelor degree/ Diploma

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a similar industry

License:

Active MOH license

Key Responsibilities:

Should be knowledgeable in care, nursing actions

Follows CMRC policies and procedures.

Able to Report unsafe practice Nurse In-charge or Nursing Supervisor.

Can monitor the hemodynamic status of the patients.

Can perform appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.

Able to perform therapeutic nursing interventions.

Able to documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention.

has initiative and assists in emergency resuscitative measures

Able to maintain confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff

Can Provide care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient's and family's diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.

Reports patient's condition to appropriate medical personnel during each shift.

Administers medications safely

Educates patients on health risk factors

Uses the nursing process in the promotion of patient holistic health and wellbeing

Provides care for patients with acute and chronic physical health conditions

Provides care for patients with acute, chronic and persistent mental health disorders

Implements general nursing care and comfort measures

Documents care and patient outcomes

Assesses plans and manages nursing interventions to optimize outcomes care for patients

Assists with vital signs triage and prepare patients to see the doctor / enter in HIS

Ensure all requests are completed before the patient leaves

Check drugs and fluids for expiry dates and stocks levels

Follow up results to the physician as needed

Patient and family teaching as required

Skills and Competencies required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing.

Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Tolerate frequent interruptions and accommodate readily to changing work priorities.

Excellent clinical nursing skills.

Promotes confidentiality and uses complete discretion when discussing information.

Ability to express self in the areas of communication verbal, written and non-verbal.

Works collaboratively with other staff members to provide continuous service to the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month

• Eligibility letter or MOH active license (Preferred)
