TITLE: Registered Nurse Join our growing Team at Magenta Investments for our Homecare subsidiary. We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurses who can provide high quality nursing care to the patients and in compliance with regulations of Dubai Health Authority. Job Summary

• Initial Assessment of the patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition to determine home care needs and identify a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness.
• Develops, review, and update the Plan of Care as necessary, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Communicates with the physician regarding the patient\xe2\x80\x99s needs and reports any changes in the patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician and understand the possible side effects and adverse reactions
• Uses supplies and medical equipment effectively and efficiently
• Provides instructions on disease process, medication, diet, safety and other instructions as ordered by the physician and for health counselling with recognizes and utilizes opportunities patient and families.
• Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient.
• Fulfils the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments

Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Nursing 2. License to practice in UAE or eligibility At least 2 years relevant nursing experience in a various clinical area (eg. Phlebotomy, Med. Surgery, Oncology, Surgical, Critical care or clinics) Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Has excellent observation, oral and written communications skills. Can work independently, dependable, organized, flexible and values teamwork.
