Job Overview

Transcend Healthcare seeks a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who speaks Chinese (Mandarin) to join our team. The candidate will support the clinic's mission to deliver exceptional care in longevity, wellness, and personalized health solutions. This role involves patient care, language facilitation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of Chinese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient-Centered Care
• Provide personalized nursing care aligned with the clinic's longevity and wellness protocols.
• Assist with health assessments, diagnostic procedures, and treatment administration tailored to individual health goals.
• Language Facilitation
• Served as a translator and cultural liaison for Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication with the medical team.
• Translate wellness program details, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions accurately.
• Facilitation of Wellness and Longevity Treatments
• Support the administration and delivery of specialized therapies, including regenerative medicine and IV wellness infusions.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress during longevity-focused treatments.
• Education and Wellness Promotion
• Educate clients and families on health improvement strategies, preventive care, and wellness programs.
• Provide lifestyle and dietary recommendations in collaboration with healthcare practitioners.
• Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including wellness plans and treatment progress.

Qualifications

• License : Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license here in UAE.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• Experience: 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
• Education : Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Technical Skills : Computer skills and Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and wellness tracking tools.
