Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients within patients home. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Valid DHA or DOH license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
