By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care.Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025.Role overview: The Recovery Nurse, or Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nurse, specializes in the care of patients recovering from anaesthesia following surgical procedures. Their primary responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and consciousness levels, administering pain management, and conducting thorough assessments to identify any complications. They collaborate closely with the surgical and anaesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and provide clear communication to patients and their families about recovery processes.Responsibilities
Adhere to department guidelines, regulatory standards, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Promote continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
Educate and guide patients through their care journey, conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in nursing with an active DOH license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care setting,preferably in a Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or similar environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous professional development.
