OverviewM42 in partnering with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate Zayed Military Hospital (National & Military Screening Service) in Al Batayeh, Sharjah. This collaboration will provide world-class healthcare to over three million residents in the northern UAE, including military personnel and their families. By integrating top healthcare providers like the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, M42 will ensure access to specialized and preventative care. Full-scale operations are set to launch in early 2025This position will provide exceptional and personalized care to patients in perioperative, acute, or intensive care settings. You will use evidence-based practices and uphold NHRA and organizational standards. Additionally, you will take on responsibilities related to nursing operations, including scheduling, evaluations, and staff development.Responsibilities

Adhere to department guidelines, regulatory standards, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Promote continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
Educate and guide patients through their care journey, conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to prioritize interventions and provide advanced care in specialized areas.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and contribute to research programs.
Support staff development through supervision, training, and feedback, while pursuing your own professional growth.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork to ensure smooth operational activities across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in nursing with an active NHRA license.
Over 5 years of experience in perioperative, acute, or intensive care settings
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
