Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in a long-term care facility. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized resident care plans. The RN ensures adherence to facility policies, state and federal regulations, and standards of nursing practice.
