• Follows and maintain policies & procedures for international patient safety goals
• Carries out a full range of registered nurse duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition and care.
• Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly
• Organizes and manages nursing activities reflecting due consideration for patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and the needs of the facility and staff
• Knowledge in medications and IV fluids and their correct administration, based on the age of the patient and patient\xe2\x80\x99s clinical condition
• Monitors all patient care and treatment, maintaining high standards and quality at all times.
• Carries out medical and surgical asepsis during treatments and special procedures
• Communicates appropriately and clearly to the Chief Nurse, co-workers, and physicians
• Demonstrates an ability to assist physicians
• Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations
• Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity
• Maintain good relationships with other departments, the multidisciplinary team, and visitors to the unit. Helps to achieve and maintain morale for both staff and patients.
• Identify areas for self-improvement and seek actions for improvement
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment
• Be involved in any aspects of training that need to be cascaded to the whole team such as moving & handling/infection control.

• HAAD License
• Must have years of experience in Medical and Surgical Ward/Operation Theater in Abu Dhabi UAE
